Alistair Copeland has over 20 years of experience as an innovative business leader and highly knowledgeable technology expert. His focus on customer success and integrity has earned him the reputation as a trusted advisor to the numerous clients who seek out his services. During the previous decade, Mr. Copeland was the Managing Director of NashTech — a division of Harvey Nash, based in London. He led the expansive build-outs of new markets, drove significant headcount growth, and managed a successful P & L. Mr. Copeland is a graduate of the Queen’s University Belfast with a Bachelor of Science (Major in Computer Science)

Luan brings to SmartDev over 14 years of experience in accounting and finance in many different industries, including banking, manufacturing, trading and international education services. During her career, Luan has held many critical positions in multinational companies, and she also contributed many innovative ideas to businesses through both growth and recovery phases. She has a deep understanding of the challenges of long-term financial planning and sustainability, business development and annual/multi-year budgeting. She graduated from Hue Economics University, majoring in business finance and accounting.

Over the past 14 years, Tuong has had the diverse experiences spanning from entry-level positions to the pinnacle of sales leadership, culminating in roles such as Chief Sales Officer and Vice President at medium to large enterprises within the Software and IT Outsourcing industry.

With an impressive 12-year track record of specializing in the field of Software and IT Outsourcing, Tuong has honed expertise in Global Business Development, Sales, and Marketing across key regions including APAC, South Korea, Japan, Europe, and the United States. Throughout this journey, Tuong has garnered a portfolio of notable successes, achievements, awards, and the occasional significant setback.

Tuong joined SmartDev and Verysell Group to formulate its strategic objectives while concurrently crafting robust Sales and Marketing Strategies and Organizational structures that align with and bring to fruition the company’s ambitious vision.

Renowned for his positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to make a difference in our community, Tuong is well-equipped to provide strategic counsel in Sales and Marketing or offer invaluable guidance to partners with aspirations of achieving rapid growth in the short term.

Nguyen Le has 14 years’ experience in Software Development. He is an experienced Agile coach, with a strong track record in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. Nguyen is a qualified engineer with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) focused in IT from RMIT University. Nguyen has honed his skills in several European, American and Japanese firms working in Vietnam. He is also a founder of Agile Developer community at Da Nang, which helps developers improve their knowledge.

Tam Vo is the head of SmartDev’s HR department, keeping an eye on employee affairs in the company. With a deep understanding of the IT field, and experience in sectors such as hospitality, Tam Vo has a strong background in admin, T&D, employer branding, talent acquisition, and HR management. With a positive, results-oriented attitude and a amiable personality, Tam is a perfect fit for the job and happily takes on new challenges.

Ha Nguyen is a highly accomplished marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in the global technology industry. She currently serves as the Marketing Manager at SmartDev, where she applies her extensive expertise in B2B marketing, branding, content marketing, and Agile practices to drive growth and success for the company.
