Job Summary: 

The Education Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of educational programs and initiatives. This role involves working closely with educators, administrators, and stakeholders to enhance the quality of education and ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. The Education Manager will lead a team of education professionals, manage resources, and assess program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Program Development and Management 
  • Design, develop, and implement innovative educational programs and curriculums. 
  • Ensure that programs meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards. 
  • Training and upgrading developer levels  
  • Staff Leadership and Development 
  • Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of educators and support staff. 
  • Conduct training and professional development sessions to enhance staff skills. 
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. 
  • Budget and Resource Management 
  • Develop and manage budgets for educational programs and initiatives. 
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure program sustainability and growth. 
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure financial efficiency. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align educational strategies with organizational goals. 
  • Facilitate communication between educators, administrators, and stakeholders. 
  • Represent the organization at educational conferences, meetings, and events. 
  • Assessment and Improvement 
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and impact. 
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Implement changes to enhance educational outcomes and student satisfaction. 
  • Compliance and Reporting 
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards. 
  • Prepare and present reports on program performance and outcomes to senior management. 
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation. 



  • Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
  • Experience: 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program management or a similar role. 
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and staff supervision. 
  • Skills: 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation. 
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. 
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and e-learning platforms.
