As part of SmartDev’s aggressive growth plan we are looking to expand our development team.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the banking domain. 

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. 

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. 

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes. 

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams. 

• Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure the quality of deliverables. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 

• At least 4 years of experience in the similiar role 

• Proven experience as a business analyst in the Finance industry. 

• Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations. 

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
